This year's M&A Day was once again a success: designed as a forum for the exchange of M&A industry experts, the relevance of renewable energies and new technologies for the transaction market was explored in exciting panels and discussions with top-class speakers.
The influence of artificial intelligence on transactions and the M&A legal field was also discussed. Expert dialogue also took place on purchase price adjustments, distressed M&A, and post-M&A arbitration.
The fact that these topics are highly relevant today is also demonstrated by the more than 150 participants from law firms, practitioners, and academia. The Vienna M&A Day has thus established itself as a permanent institution.
